It has been said the ecological niche for humans is to be stewards of the natural world. No organization embodies this better than Alex Godbe and the dedicated staff and volunteers of ALL ABOUT OWLS where they take seriously the well being of our local Owls and Raptors.
Their mission is to teach people about the natural history and ecology of owls and how we can protect them in the wild. This includes providing habitat, where appropriate, in the form of Owl Boxes for nesting in our yards, gardens and open spaces. All ABOUT OWLS also provides rescue assistances for injured or orphaned owls and other raptors.
Join us for an in person educational evening presentation which will include a live visit by two of their ‘ambassador’ owls a Great Horned and a Screech Owl. All proceeds from this event will go to support All About Owls.
